Mundane Special Abilities can be learned by anyone with enough patience, practice and especially if they have someone to show them how things are done.
It costs 50 XP to learn the first level of a Mundane Ability. Each new level after that costs 10 x New Level XP. So the first time you take a Mundane Ability it costs 50 XP, the second level costs 20 XP, the third costs 30 XP, etc.

Name: The name of the Mundane Ability
Max: The maximum number of times you can take the Ability. It might be a fixed number, unlimited, or based on an Attribute.
